These high-quality, durable tables are made of mixed-width reclaimed Spruce, Pine, Fir, etc. with a cabinet-grade plywood backing for stability, and are about 1.5-inch thick. Each table will have its own unique character with slight variations in color and texture based on the base wood materials available. These reclaimed wood table tops come in a variety of sizes to match your space, and a beautiful water-based urethane Matte finish to match your decor. These economy table tops are not recommended for outdoor use.

Cleaning tips for your table top Commercial sanitizers can be harsh on the finish of our tables. To extend their lifespan, we recommend cleaning them with a mild detergent, such as Dawn dish soap, and warm water. Afterward, wipe them down with a dry cloth for the best results.

Maintenance Kits We include a maintenance kit for every order with 8 units and 2 for orders over 20 units.

All solid wood products have a tendency to absorb moisture to equilibrium with the moisture content of their surroundings. For this reason, wood is sometimes called a “living” product. 

Where you are located may be the same or it may be different moisture content from where we make these. This can change throughout the year as well. The answer to this movement is a flexible colored sealant used to fill any cracks that may form. It’s a quick and simple process that cleans up with water. Once done, any future movement will be less noticeable, if at all because the filler will flex with the movement.

Is there a minimum order?

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be cancelled by phone or by email if production on the items have not begun, or if the items have not shipped from the supplier's warehouse yet.

There is a 35% restocking fee for all non-custom orders that are returned, and the customer must pay for the return shipping. (For more information on returns, please refer to our Returns and Cancellations policy.)

Custom orders already in production cannot be cancelled.

Can I purchase a sample product first to make sure that I like it?

PAYMENT

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, or by check, or ACH.

Do I need to pay for my entire order upfront?

For orders over $7,000, we can split the invoice into two separate payments of 50%. The first is due when the order is placed, and final payment due when order is ready to ship.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

What's the delivery time?

Most of our items ship out in 10-15 business days. We also have over 2000 quick ship items that will get to you within 5 business days. Having access to over 10,000 products mean your order may not ship complete from one warehouse or at the same time. If this is the case our team with reach out with separate tracking numbers and a detailed packing slip for each shipment.

What if the items arrive damaged?

Although great care is taken with your shipment, sometimes damage can occur during transport. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

What if I want to cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled by phone or by email if production on the items have not begun, or if the items have not shipped from the supplier's warehouse yet.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. (For more information on our return policy please refer to our Returns and Cancellations policy.)

What is your return policy?

There is a 35% restocking fee for all non-custom orders that are returned and the customer must pay for the return shipping. All items must be returned in original manufacturer's boxes and will be inspected at time of arrival. You will also be responsible for packing the items, and the cost of doing so. Therefore, it is your responsibility to keep the original manufacturer's boxes and packing materials. In case of damage to the returned product, you will be charged the item's full price as it appears on the original order. 

Return requests must be submitted immediately upon delivery. Returned items must be received by the supplier within the supplier’s required return window, which may be as short as 7 days from delivery.

Returns received outside the supplier’s required return window will not be accepted.

Custom orders cannot be returned.
